the hop on/hop off tour was right near the hotel too. Made touring
Paris so easy! I booked a larger room - I thought it was perfect for one
person. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was
great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?)
I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

terms of sightseeing tour routes and transportation to airport, etc.

walk to L'opera and Galarie Lafayette, 15-minute walk to Vendome
Place. We actually walk from hotel to all above places, and Louvre,
Musee d'orsay, Notre Dame, Pompidou, Hotel de Ville... Breakfast
is in basement, interesting, lots of Japanese restaurants in 5-minute
walk distance.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the
time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for
us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you
would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will
definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to
keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I
had already chech out.
