Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.

On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the
Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?!
Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the
hotel as we ate out at all times.
