The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Location of the hotel is just FANTASTIC. A few min to all the major streets like the Champ and George 5 and the metro. Thank you we will definitely be back!!! -

The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I loved the location, because it's already close to several attractions, the most obvious one being the Notré Dame Cathedral. The metro and RER are close by so you can make it to different parts of Paris with ease. The hotel itself was excellent - clean, comfortable and modern. I went with my younger brother, who is 11 years old and so the hotel is appropriate for older children. The staff were very helpful and perfectly bilingual.
