The flat was very clean and had everything you need! It was well and elegantly furnished, although I traveled alone, I felt extremely safe, both in the neighborhood and inside the building. The kitchen is perfect to prepare a light or full meal, and it even has a washing machine. It was very quiet, a luxury in Paris, as it faced an internal courtyard.

To get to apartment, you take elevator to sixth floor, then WALK down two floors to get to the fourth. Lugging baggage down, but especially UP TWO long flights was not too easy. This should be noted in advance, as I am sure some people would not ne able to do this.
You have to use the elevator of the other building. You need to go to
6th floor, and walk to the corridor leading to your building. Then you
have to walk 2 floor down to your room.
