Staff really friendly and good service, no elevator! Really a good budget friendly hotel, and really near the subway station.
Staff were brilliant, helpful and polite. Cleanliness was excellent. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels etc. wszystkie opinie »
Laundry right there there.
Size was massive for a solo traveller.
Most excellent Staff.
good staff, warm and welcoming. commodity value for money.
Good value for money. Room cleaned every day.
Friendly staff, mini bar, clean room.
Close to Sacre Coeur and Gare du Nord. Really friendly welcome and helpful attitude from the guy at reception. Some great local bars (only 5 minutes walk away). And of course, the price is great if you're on a budget!.
The staff was very friendly and polite.
All in all, the hotel is not as bad as it may seem at the first sight. A good choice for the amount of money they charge.
The room was cleaned daily.
Friendly Staff. Free bottle of water when checking in. Very central and so very good value for money. We walked to the concert hall. Beds clean and comfortable.
Very quiet.
The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The location is not bad, 20 minutes' walk to Basilique du Sacré Coeur and Gare du Nord.
The Staff were very kind and helpful.
Staff very nice , helpful.
Good value for money.
Staff is good.
The location is ideal as it is only a short walk to a major cathedral and the railway station. There are two railway stations nearby on two separate lines which is great for sightseeing.
The hotel is close to a metro station, 10 min ride to the center. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke really good english. Plastic window kept it quiet for the night.
The staff were great, made an effort to speak English with us and
were very lovely! The location is good too, montmarte is an awesome
place to be.
Personnel is really friendly and open.
it was close to metro station.
The bed was comfotable.
value for money
clean.
Very friendly staff.
Nothing specific.
location.
Dirty hotel, absolutly basic stuff, bad part of the city..
The price of hotel and the price arround of snack bars.
No thing at all....
Absolutely nothing.
We survived...
Price.
price.
Staff.
Not the best area in Paris but acceptable.
No elevator. My room(27) on 5th fl.
I am not a Montaineer, me "Old Guy"
Not really a complaint. As we say here in Canada... "Suck it up Junior".
Internet slow.
noisy atmosphere out of the hotel.
The immediate area is not very nice, and I think we arrived at the hotel at the worst possible time as the streets were full of beggars and peddlers of all kinds.
Sometimes the internet in the room was not accessible via wi-fi. The stairs are steep and narrow. For us it didn't pose any difficulties, but you should keep it in mind.
Very steep narrow stairs and no lift. Not good for my disabled husband BUT they did change our room from the fifth floor to the third without being asked. Could not see any fire escape! En-suite quite tatty.
Bath is too small, location.
The location seem to not safe , but finally we leave there safely, and the staff said it very safe. Not near shopping place.
Too far from main attractions.
Staff were not helpful when we needed to cancel part of our stay at the hotel.
Neighborhood didn't feel safe at nights.
WIFI was poor, it kept going on/off.. shower was poor...water tap was poor.. sound insulation was poor.... if nearby room switched ON TV, it was heard..
The location is not good.
The hotel is located in a migrant area and there is little traditional French things in this area. It did at first feel a bit unsafe but you get used to it. The hotel was also very noisy as the street is busy and the walls are thin.
The neighbourhood looks a bit dangerous, but we did not have any trouble. The room and the bathroom was well worn out, leaking faucet and drain flooded the floor.
Paris is an expensive place so I guess for "cheap" in French
standards it did the trick. Bed wasn't very comfy and shower flooded
bathroom and bedroom on one occasion!!.
Wi-Fi works from time to time; the mosque next door with crowds of african muslims around; booked a room with a twin bed but got with two beds.
I disliked everything in the hotel except the staffs!.
There was no air conditioning, so I had to leave the window open, but the street outside was very noisy until about 2am. I also noticed that the evacuation plan showed no exit other than the front door. As a 5 storey building it could do with a fire escape as an alternative exit. How would anyone get out if a fire was blocking egress through the front door?.
location / area
small beds.
The lock and handle of our bath room were broken and I got stuck in the bathroom once because the handle came off.
No elevator, steep and narrow stairs. wifi not working but later connected to only one devise after several attempts for hours. Very narrow roads to go and crowdy.
dirty poor area and horrible building with no elevator.
there where actually no Wifi access as promised in the web site.
Feeling not good because there are many people gathering nearby the hotel at night.
The location, it´s not recomendable. It´s very dirty in that side of town, it doesn t smell good, and we don t feel completly safe at night (but we are four people, so that, we don t have major problems).
With all description very baaad .. Does not differ between sleep in
the street and this hotel .. It's a big mistake to book at this
hotel rubbish.
Everything. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had cigarette burnt on them, the bath room was unbelievable dirty, the sink looks like it has never been wash, the toilet was in a bad state.
All. Poor quality, dirty toilet, room smells of mould. Horrific area.
No lift. Very narrow 5 flight walk up a circular staircase. Room was dirty. There was a cold snap and the furnace must have been off for "Spring" with no way to heat room. This hotel needs remodeling in a bad way.
I guess you get what you pay for. Paris is nice, but research your hotel carefully. Budget hotels aren't always the best.
everything else...
neighborhood
room not clean
bathroom gross
smell
bedding had cigarette burns.
Environment, room, cleanliness, staircase.
Absolutely rubbish unless you are a person with money constraints and do not want to pay 20 euros more, do not make a mistake to go their. I went into the room , looked at the bedding and the toilet and in 15 mins left for a better hotel.
Two spare matresses were stored in my bathroom. The tv and the wi fi
were not working.
bed location, no breakfast, expensive? never any more///.
The surrounding was horrible...
This hotel did not provide a kettle even though this was promised on the
website. But, we had to go down to their staff room. They provided a
hair dryer but took several hours for them to give it to us. Bathroom
was dirty, a bug crawled out of there. Location was bad, had to walk
down a dirty street with construction, seemed unsafe. I would recommend
Paris, but not this hotel.
