We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to the Dordogne and what a fantastic find. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortably. The first night we had dinner outside in the grounds of the Chateau which was a perfect setting and the food was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and provided a lovely breakfast. This was a great relaxing start to our holiday and will definitely be returning in the future.
wszystkie opinie » Great room. Very clean, spacious, modern, excellent facilities - 5 star quality and outstanding value. Charming setting, in an old farmhouse that is beautifully remodeled. The old farm itself is in a large walled yard with the original outbuildings and peacocks wandering the grounds. Really great. We loved it. Attractive & interesting surroundings, lovely lady. very friendly place. Definitely check out on the map (eg google), not easy to find. But a good location. If gates are closed, ring the bell (right-hand side of gates) isn’t obvious. Enjoyable family chateau with private accommodations -beautifully furnished, courteous and responsive hosts with great skills in the kitchen! Gourmet meal, luxurious room, serene country chateau morning. Highly recommend as a great stop. Very large room equipped with reproduction French country furniture; king bed; completely modern bath and shower; excellent continental breakfast; peacocks, ducks, and geese in fenced-in area adjacent to sleeping accommodations. Very clean and luxurious room. Bathroom was large with an enormous shower stall. The evening meal along with breakfast the next morning were both excellent. A very friendly welcome to a place with great character, and which is being restored to a very high standard. Extremely comfortable beds. beautiful large room, large bathroom + jaccuzy well equipped kitchen nice, romantic design, located at the Loire river nice breakfast,. Welcoming family run establishment. Clean and tastefully renovated room. To top it off we had a home made dinner with wine. Fabulous. Wonderful stay. Very lovely owner , she was very helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. The tranquility, the felxibility of the landlady, the breakfast, the huge double beds, the peacocks in the yard. Facilities were excellent, food outstanding, bucolic setting and friendly service. Standard of accommodation. Breakfast was fab. Owner and family were simply lovely!. Rooms, Friendlyness, Breakfast, Calme. Historic place, unique experiences. Off the beaten path and a little tricky to find at first - there's no actual street address so the gps is limited - but then, that's all part of it's overall charm. Nothing. narrow stairs to the room one (yet very large) hall for the entire family relatively far away from the town. Nothing. Nothing. The weather, but that's not the hotels fault :-). I had a hard time finding it. My problem. Nothing. Couldn,t find breakfast to start with - but we missed the tour as we arrived late. The farmer next door was not particulary friendly. access difficile.
