Owners were great, location awesome. gave great advice on things to do and see. Le Lavandou is a great lil beach, touristy town. and you have to take the 10 minute ride or bus up to Bormes. what a really cool walking french village. the room is typical French. Small, Had the basics, was clean, certainly not luxurious, right in the heart of things, close to all. and served our purposes, I mean who hangs out in your room anyways. Pricing was great.

The dessert was so good I had to have a second one! Also loved the choice of Jazz music in the restaurant, it made for a fantastic ambience. Excellent value for the money. It is actually located in the very center - so nice for getting back at nice. Entrance through a restaurant, which may sound a bit strange at first, but was totally cool. Cozy rooms, but lots of French charm inside. Would stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, in the heart of the town and within walking distance to the beach. The building has old-world charm, and was comfortable. It was warm without air conditioning, but manageable with fans. This is a little gem that is run by a very friendly group. There is a superb restaurant attached and definitely gourmet quality. It is convenient to all amenities including the beach. - the Hotel is really near to the beach and directly in the centre of Le Lavandou - very friendly People working there - wonderful Food in the restaurant. The beautiful hotel itself, the great breakfast, the helpfull staff, the location in the centre - everything was fine!. Excellent position friendly staff and good food. That they were booked and we could not stay a second night. we moved up the hill to Hotel Calif. about 30 Euro more and not much for the benefit. No air conditioning in the bedroom and the room was very small. None to mention. It does get quite noisy late at night. - the Hotel is directly located in the centre of Le Lavandou -therefore it is very loud, also during the night, very early in the morning the waste collection made loud noise when cleaning the streets. No world news on tv. noisy, no parking. The hotel closes everyday from 12h to 15h30..... I never saw that before. Staff is quite arrogant. Parking facilities.
