  The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses. There was an en suite toilet and shower with fresh towels brought every day. - I felt the warmth of being at home with a very friendly and cooperative staff the hotel is near everything ,; the sea , the city center, the petit train station, many bus stations where you can go everywhere and the staff told me an advice ti go to Mont Carlo - Monaco from there with the bus ( 1 Euro ) where i had a great day Actually i will choose the hotel as a first choice whenever i think about Nice

  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. Beds were comfy,air con worked well and parking was 8 euros per da... co mówią ludzie » y,which was the cheapest by a long way when I was looking at options. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.
