Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable. Location just north of the Seine was close to metro stops and restaurants. -

This hotel is in a great location not far from the Louvre and Notre Dame. There is also shopping, other sightseeing, and restaurants all around. It is also very close to the Metro and buses. The location was great. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre in about 15 min. Lots of good restaurants nearby--and wonderful cafes. Charming neighborhood-shopping on the Rue de Rivoli and much more. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Very close to Metro station-less than 2 min. Perfect for tourist travel. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away.
I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

I loved the staff at this hotel. The front desk was very helpful. Especially a lady named Mili. The front desk in general guided us about train stations, restaurants and everything else that we needed. The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. Very central location and I found very good receptionists. They are really helpful when needed and always available. I have been here earlier in the year and they finished works in reception and breakfast area making it more modern. Good wify and very friendly staff.
