  Loved the stuff, just SO friendly (excpect when i showed up at 3 a.m. and the door was locked and I had to wake up the owner:P). The location is really good considering it's Nice (10 minutes walk from the centre), really close to tramway and the railway. Room and bathroom small but clean and perfectly adequate.

  The people and the amazing welcome! Betty, Thierry and Family are just gorgeous! The rooms are so lovely, comfortable, stylish and very French, très bonnes! Just love the building, especially on finding out it is one of the oldest buildings in Villefranche! Just totally unspoilt! Nothing is a problem, they all go out of their way to make you feel at home, welcome and looked after. Very clean and just fabulous atmo - It was a really nice place were to be. Room was absolutely clean and every morning we had clean towels in bathroom. From the window we could see the bay and it is really comfortable to go to Monaco or Nice (bus stop is really close to the hotel). The beach is not too far from hotel, just 10 min walking. Owner was really gentle, friendly and explain us everything, plus he was able to speak French, English and Italian.
