  We stayed in a family room on the 8th (top) floor. It was clean, air-conditioned, had separate toilet and shower and 2 vanities, great views from our room and the roof. We were just 3blocks from the Moulin Rouge where we had dinner and saw the show...fabulous!   The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized. It is close to the Paris train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a metro station is only steps away. The hotel is brand new, being open only 5 days when we arrived. It's not located in the best part of Paris but we didn't have any worries either.
