Rooms are unique by themselves – we’ve got a Joker room and despite some negative reviews couldn’t see anything wrong with it! Modern, stylish, moody – that’s what you want from a Hotel like this.

The hotel is in a great location in terms of being close to a metro station (Bastille), less than a 5 mins walk to Place des Vosges, less than a half an hour walk to Notre Dame and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around.
The hotel offers room service, has an honesty bar downstairs (not really place to hang out but good enough for a quick drink) and whilst there isn't a concierge, the reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (we asked them to make reservations for a us at a

Location was pretty good. Only 10min walk from Bastille and also 5min walk from Breguet Sabin. There were many cafes and restaurants near by the accomodation. Especially the owner, Caroline was so nice and kind that she can touch anybody come to the accomodation, and we were also touched from our hearts. Even if we broke the lamp just beside our b

Caroline, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was new and vibrant but most importantly clean! The bathroom in the comfort double room was fantastic and very modern.
The location was great, with a vibrant traditional cafe strip at the of the road and subway stations 5 mins away. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable.
This is a perfect stay for a solo traveller or young couple on a city break. Would most definately recommend it.

The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a free upgrade to the executive room and they are massive rooms with the biggest bed you've ever seen. Very nice bathrooms with shower and bath. The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!
