We had a deluxe City view room and the view over the Jardin and the Effiel Tower were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room size generous. We were on the 3rd floor and we could barely hear the traffic on the busy street below.

Compare of these two hotels, another one is with higher price, left bank, very close to Notre Dame and restaurants. But I will choose Le Relais Madelene next time. The first reason is the price.   We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.
