  All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. - Excellent position.   I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Excellent service,interier,prices and location - It's proximity to most of the areas I was visiting on my trip. Also the fact it was so close to RER and Metro stations, this was very helpful both coming from and going to the CDG Airport. The room was kept very clean and I had a wonderful view of St. Eustace from my balcony window.

  We loved this hotel. The room was elegant and just as pictured. The bedding was 5 star and even the baby crib had top quality sheets. The location was perfect and close to busy main street , but far enough away that it was quiet.
