Dobra lokalizacja, wygodny pokój, przyjemna obsługa - Customer-oriented staff, very polite and efficent. Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels. Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. -

We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely
perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys
had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop

There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

I loved the design and furniture of the room, so unique and innovative

This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.
