  Michael has been a very responsive and attentative with all my questions. Even though he couldn't greet me in person while he is out of town. He gave clear instruction and follow ups when check in and out of the apartment. The apartment is spacy and just like the picture he posted online.   Small, cozy and well appointed hotel. My superior double room had three large windows/french doors which allowed for fresh air and light. Small bright sink/shower area was well designed and the rain style showerhead quickly provides plenty of soothing hot water.   easy and convenient - The woman who manages the breakfast was very kind (special for the kids), but the personal in general was also very kind. The appartment is very good for a family weekend with kids. So much better then a standard hotel. Close to metro.
