staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. reception upgraded us to a deluxe and duty

We spent 3 days here with our three children -- 14, 11 & 8. The
apartment was spacious enough for us to be comfortable, including a bunk
bed in one of the rooms. Upon being dropped off on a Sunday afternoon,
the taxi driver asked if we were sure this was the place as the entrance
looked a bit odd and suspect and the street was expectedly dead

We traveled with 6 people to Paris and were very pleased with our
apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could eat breakfast and a
light dinner in our room, a grocery store and Patiserrie were a 5-minute
walk a the most for our bread and other necessities, the beds and
bedding were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the security
was excellent, we had a great view of the garden, laundry machines were
in our kitchen so very convenient, the refrigerator was large. The staff

The hotel is on the small side, but the rooms are spacious, for Paris.
The desk staff is unendingly helpful and speak English. Our room was
attractive, quiet, well-kept and modern. I'd easily stay here again
because the location is pretty much ideal. (We never got around to
eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an
extra fee.)

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. I´ve been visiting this hotel 4 times. The hotel is perfectly located near the great department stores. In the near area are also a couple of other shopping centres and a big station (St. Lazare). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Opera House, Galeries Lafayette and other major stores. The metro and Saint Lazare station are virtually on the door step.
