  Hostess was extremely helpful and very kind. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well...   Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Excellent hotel. So close to the beach and amazing value for money. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could do all our own cooking. Would stay here again next time. - Excellent location, very close to the promenade de anglais. Very close to supermarkets also which made eating in and travelling on a budget an easy matter esp with kids.
