A security deposit of EUR 400 is due to be paid 7 days prior to check-in by PayPal. The property will contact you after reservation with the PayPal invoice and instructions. This deposit is refundable after check-out and will be returned to the credit card used to make the booking, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that international bank transfer fees may apply. For those guests with a French cheque book, you also have the option of paying the security deposit by cheque upon arrival. Please note that for early check-out before 8:30, deposits made by French cheque will be returned, after a damage of the accommodation, by postal mail, within 4 working days. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to clean the property themselves or pay the fee. The EUR 50 cleaning fee is to be paid on arrival, in cash. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the price but in order for the beds to be made up an additional fee of EUR 10 applies, per bed.
