The room is clean and located centrally. It is right next to Tauzia tram station and a few minutes away from Gare St. Jean main train station, both pretty much get you to anywhere in Bordeaux and around. -
This hotel was most adequate. We enjoyed our stay and all was fine. We only stayed the one night.

For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar.
The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux.
The wine bar in the hotel is excellent as was the breakfast

The staff were excellent, we went to find accomodation for my daughter for university in Bordeaux, after having no luck the hotel offered student rates and we were able to leave her secure and comfortable . - It's location is excellent!

Close to train station. Breakfast was good value. - Tea / coffee facilities available in room; extremely convenient for St Jean selected specifically because of close proximity for an early morning train journey. Also convenience of down town tram which passes the door.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. we stayed in Le Dauphin and wanted an extra night as our train was cancelled, as there wasnt any availability the staff helped us find another hotel and really went beyond the call of duty, thank you!
