  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics... co mówią ludzie » for preparing meals in. A very reasonable price,free wi-fi. Close old town and the beach, a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The staff werevery helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very good value for money. - The hotel was clean and convienently located. easy 5 minute walk from train station. Hotel owner was very friendly.

  Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.

  Wonderful friendly service from Pascal and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble, especially helping me make alternative arrangements when my flight home was cancelled at short notice! Excellent value breakfast with a choice of fruit juice, fresh croissants and bread, yoghurt, cheese and preserves all served in a pretty courtyard garden.   The Eden hotel was perfectly located, so comfortable, well maintained and clean. The hospitality was absolutely exceptional. Everything from the breakfast to the to the library to the shutters was designed with love and abundant concern for the comfort of guests.
