I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing.

I stayed in this hotel only for one night, but I really appreciate, that I got without problems early breakfast, when I had to leave earlier in the morning. - gluten free menu for breakfest was important ; this hotel is very comfortable.

Location for attending the Flow Rock Festival (saw incredible Kraftwerk!!) and for bus travel to/from the airport was unbeatable.
Right next to the main train station/metro and facing an open bus staion - yet without any of that sleaziness that infects European train/bus stations.
Finns are just too nice to be sleazy and are also darn good-looking!!! They have to be the handsomest race I have ever or will ever see.

I have never stayed at hostel before cheapsleep, that is why I can not compare it with any other hostel, but my overall experience was great, nice clean a bit noisy hostel, but if you there for ice hockey as a fan you dont really care about noise. I had the pleasure of meeting Oliver(manager) who was great!!! Great location to get to Hartwall Arena, 15 min walk, or tram 7B(7min)

It was great that we came after check-in hours, at that time there were no staff. But the staff think about us and left the key in the mail-box with my name and instructions of how to get in. I stayed in 3+2 cottage with sauna. Outdoor temperature was about 2 degree under zero, but indoor is worm. Kitchen equipment is quite good, radio, TV, small and likely sauna - all this facilities for you best mood. On seaside (rugthly 200 meters) we found childcort.
