This hotel lived up to previous rave reviews we had read. We had a very
comfortable and spacious room with, unexpectedly, a king size bed.
(Perhaps we'd been upgraded?) Good tv, great wifi, plenty of towels,
interesting design touches with the furnishing. Good quality carpet in

Wow! This is an incredible hotel! The room is modern and full of
amenities and classy. The bed is heavenly! The entire place is really
nice and the breakfast is huge and varied and tremendous! But I must
point out that the best thing is the staff at the front desk. I was
having a terrible time getting a reservation set up online with an
airline website that was not working and they actually called the
airline for me, since I could not get through on my cell phone, making
it possible for me to g

Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome. Like I asked for a milk for the in-room tea and they had no sachets left so they fetched me a jug of fresh milk from the restaurant; that kind of thing.

Very good quality, well equipped apartments with great views in a central location. Terrace will be lovely in the summer months (we visited in November). Good walks, restaurants, shopping and most sites close-by. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, so no breakfast or cleaning provided but there is an excellent Fazer cafe next door.

1. Very close to the main railway station and bus central station that gives much opportunities to get to the airport or some other places
2. Very new and nice and comfortoble appartments
3. Staff is very nice and welcome, there were no issues with it
4. Will reccomend to people who goes for business trip or travel around the Finland
