Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

The staff at breakfast are -
probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I like the hotel staff and facilties and the comfort, but the hotel is fair away from city. - I liked all the restaurant choices, the hotel staff was very friendly, they were able to cancel one of my friends room so she could stay in our room for 50 dollars more and got a twin bed for her.

The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.

This is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed in Cairo. The room was lovely and very well-appointed. It was quiet. I particularly appreciated the very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the woman who cleaned my room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Cairo.

The hotel is situated very close to Terminal 1 Cairo airport. The hotel has also provided a shuttle bus to bring the customers to their respective terminal at the airport. You just have to request for the shuttle bus during the check out

the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.
