The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

I like the hotel staff and facilties and the comfort, but the hotel is fair away from city. - I liked all the restaurant choices, the hotel staff was very friendly, they were able to cancel one of my friends room so she could stay in our room for 50 dollars more and got a twin bed for her.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.

The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful.
Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay.

I stayed at Ramses Hilton in Cairo when the political situation was
still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I
left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional &
efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable &

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to Airport, and easy to access the city with out going through the heavy traffic jams. Room size is comfortable and well furnished.

The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to spend a couple days around the pyramid area. It is only a ten minute walk to the entry of the pyramids. It is safe and not necessary to pay in advance for a tour guide. To save travellers money, we suggest going independantly to the pyramids, where you can then get a horse or camel at the site if you wish, or you can walk the site on your own.
