  Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience... co mówią ludzie » was amazing - Excellent location.   I booked a smoking room in Scandic Front on letsbookhotel.com. It was hard to find, as most of hotels in Copenhagen are totaly non smoking. So imagine my dispair when at the reception I learned that Scandic is non smoking too.   This is a newer, modern and very busy place with lots of activities for the younger children. Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot.
