The owner of the bed and breakfast was wonderful. We had our ferry cancelled and she came into her own. She told us and gave directions to Hook of Holland. She booked our ferries, gave us plenty of tea to settle our nerves whilst trying to sort everything out. The change of route added an additional 500 miles and an early start but without her help we would have struggled, thinking we would have to stay an additional night on route to the revised port. We highly recommend this B&B to everyone! There is not a single thing to complain about and we simply didn't want to leave. Rooms are in modern, countryside design with gorgeous features including a bathtub. The surroundings are calm, beautiful and overlooking the sea. The hostess took very good care of us and we will absolutely return when we have the chance!.
The concrete design of the place is very tasteful, evokes calm. It's also very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful and talented hostess and family. Careful attention to details like candles and tea cups. Dinner was nice and very homely, and the horses, dog and cat were all very friendly and fun to play with for our 3 year old.
A gorgeous place to stay and relax with your second half, an amazing design, beautiful nature, delicious food and great hospitality. Everything you need to relax out of big city you may find here!.
Bedroom was spacious, simply by adequately furnished.
Could walk from back of house down to sea in about ten minutes down a path that bordered a nature reserve.
