  Charming location, close to all major sights yet hidden from the traffic noise. We were nicely surprised there was a market with fresh fruits and local products on the square outside the hotel in the morning. I would recommend to all people who love history and are romantic at heart. You will like this place. Our room looked out over the market square but the secondary glazing meant we could not hear a thing. The hotel was converted from a bank a year ago and the comfortable rooms, bathrooms and public areas have been renovated beautifully in Art Deco style.   One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The owner is incredibly polite and helpful. We didn't take a full advantage of his hospitality, as we mainly wanted a quiet time away from the city, but for those who are hoping to explore, he's able to arrange literally anything from flying to renting a motor boat!
