The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

airport, next to a large supermarket, very near the metro, very
comfortable beds, tea/coffe facilities provided with large mugs,

Apartment was excellent. We had a two bedroom and two bathrooms which suited our requirements. From the moment I booked I was contacted by the apartments welcoming me asking if I required any further information. Each time I emailed requiring advice it was replied. It was Luxurious and very good value for money. Well positioned to the metro so made it easy to go into the city. We enjoyed this hotel so much we went back the following weekend.
