Hotel was clean, lovely rooms with very high ceilings, good
shower/bathroom and an excellent breakfast. Definitely our favorite

I appreciate a lot a wonderfull new reception . Excellent food and especially very helpfull staff in hotel reception and restaurant. Beautifull room furniture, very comfortable. The room has a soundproof windows and it is very quiet. I am from Hungary so I don´t suppose that somebody speaks Hungarian, but at the reception you can speak every world

So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude! Thanks, Guys! -

Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Although it is not located in the city center but the metro system in prague is simple and not complex (only 3 lines:A,B,C) so not a big deal. We read the reviews that the hotel is difficult to find. So here is some tips to find the hotel: came out from the metro station, choose the exit that u will walk through a big space where many buses stopping there (and u will be facing o2), then turn left and walk straight.
