The staff was amazing, very helpful.We arrived a day later,then we planned the residence attendant left welcoming note for us on the entrance door with his phone #. The apartment is exactly as described - no surprises ! Incredibly clean,washer,dishwasher, fridge,stove,microwave, hair drier clean bed,TV and Internet everything worked wonderfully !

This was my second year in a row and it was excellent. The Residence was clean, staff was great, internet was strong and never failed. This is a great location to be within 10 minutes of the center of Prague, but world's away. The birds were singing, the breeze from the 2 balconies created a very comfortable environment. They did add BBC to the TV line-up this year. It was nice to have this as a place to call home in Prague. The price when compared to anywhere in Prague, was really great. If yo

The service was very good: Denis and Tatyana were wonderful hosts, attentive and responsive to requests. The view from the room was very nice, and the wifi worked well. It is quiet and clean. In a sense, I liked the location, because for most people it was a short walk to the metro (C line). My parents were too old to do this walk, however. -

We both loved it! From the airport to metro stop Andel (and a lot of
nice shops), and from there it's just a five minute walk.
You'll find the hotel really easily nearby a shopping mall and

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and very
quiet, breakfast is delivered to your door at the time you request it
and is ample. You can even make lunch with the deli meats from
breakfast. Near to all transportation. Tram stops right in front of
hotel and takes ten minutes to get to Charles bridge or you can walk to
it as it is not too far 20 min walk. Be careful of the taxi as they
really rip tourists off we paid 850 ck from airport and it should have
been about 400 c

We had an excellent experience on the Florentina Boat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room faced the river and we had a wonderful view - definitely request a room on the river side. The view and location couldn't be better. The rooms are small since you're on a boat, but they were very comfortable were cleaned everyday. The shower and bathroom is larger than you'd expect and everything seems to have been recently updated. The breakfasts were good with a hot item every day.

Pension Lucie is really conveniently situated, being five minutes from
Kobylisy metro station, and with a choice of three tram routes nearby.
It doesn't look much from the outside, but the rooms are really
fantastic. The owners speak good English, and are very attentive and
helpful. My room had satellite tv and a beautiful en-suite. Wi-Fi is
available and a computer in reception can be used by guests. Breakfast
was very comprehensive.

Apartment facility w/o 24 hr reception. Advised I would arrive very
late. They both emailed and deft a large message fore on outside door
