Great staff-very helpful and friendly, just ask and they will give you great tips and advice. Big spacious room, with good facilities. Very clean and comfortable- good sleep guaranteed. Ideal for city trips, backpackers and explorers. Great place to meet new people. The so called restaurant

  The Botel is on a big boat, quite cool with nice view of the river. The staff at the reception are quite helpful. The location is fine, just 5 minutes walk from the tram station although we had walked quite far after being misled by the Information staff at the main train station for the first time. Breakfast wasn't extensive but couldn't complain (bread, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals, cold meats, spreads and drinks). Tram line just 2 minutes away and covers most of the city.   The front desk was open 24/7 - very convenient for late check in/early check out. Very good location - 5-7 min from Museum metro station. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle. TV, WiFi. Towels and soap (shower gel) in the shower.
