The facilities at the flat was great and superbly clean and it made us do some shopping from the small supermarket right opposite the hotel and we made our own tea and coffee and have some juice and fruits in the fridge.   I went to Prague on a 3 day trip, and I loved every bit of it. The location is in a great spot. Just a 20 minute walk to the Castle and Old Town. It is a 5 minute walk to the shopping district. I loved the price I paid for such an amazing luxurious hotel. I felt safe when leaving my car parked in their parking garage. I would definitely rate this hotel 5 stars. - Great hotel! Excellent position, about 4 minutes from the closest tube and about 10-15 minutes from local attractions. Easy to visit the city on foot! It's about 6 min.walk from the CEDAZ Airport shuttle bus (150 Krones, much cheper than the hotel limousine!)Really nice room, well equipped and warm. Very, very good breakfast buffet, with loads of variety and choice. Would use it again!

Before - The staff were very helpful, chatty and polite. They asked about our travels and were genuinely interested in what our plans were. They had water at the reception (bonus!). When asked the staff organised the room to be cleaned at a specific time as another traveller was coming to stay, there was no hesitation and they were happy to organise.
