  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
