Excellent rooms, nice staff, close proximity to bars and restaurants that aren't out to fleece you.

Hotel is a little out from town and cab drivers will rip you off, so get to grips with the tram early.

Value for money. Comfortable and had air-conditioning. Rooms always very clean. Staff helpful. Close proximity to city centre and public transport.

No proper shower in the room we stayed in. Language barrier was sometimes awkward, but this is not really a problem with the hotel.

Location is very close to city center, just 13 minutes with tram .Rooms are comfortable, clean and big. Breakfast is huge with all sorts of foods and drinks.Hotel staff are very nice, helpfull and try to help you feel comfortable. I was very happy to have tea /coffe facilities in room.

We are previous customers of this residence and have found it to be very satisfactory,this hotel leaves some other hotels in Prague in the shade by its high standards set worth the little extra expense for the comforts and facilities offered.

Only wished that in my room a chair to sit in be provided.

It was within my price range for Prague city.

It was a bit disconcerting to be asked to pay immediately while checking into the hotel. However, because of the bad state of the world economy, I would not hold this against the hotel.

We liked our room, the jakusy and the breakefast

When we returned to the hotel after 11 P.M., which is not that late,there was no staff member anywhere, we wanted to use the internet andwatch some movies, but we could not get the code that we needed, fromour 4 night stay it happened 3 times. Never book a taxi with thereception!!!very expensive!!They picked us on arrival at the airport-650kroun and for departure he wanted 750!

the hotel was located in a very quiet area. Good communication with the city center.

The bathroom was good, otherwise it was far away from a 4* hotel, the manager was very helpful.

Railway in front of the hotel, breakfast room (lady there did not understand any English or German) in the cellar, we changed room and it was not noted in the computer, this was why somebody came in at 7.20am, although the door was locked from inside

Chambre(room)+sdb (bathroom)=ok. Mais nous avions demandé 2 mois avantun kingbed et nous avons eu 2 lits simples impossibles à "unifier"!!!

The hotel was very cold. There was simple not sufficient heating in the room and there was a draft coming from the windows.

Nice Bathroom.

This is not a 4 stars hotel standard. No WiFi internet. Poor breakfast.
