Just about everything. The hotel seemed to 'fit' with our experience of Prague itself. The room was large, with a beautiful, oval window through which we could watch the bustle of the railway station and highway above it. Staff members were very helpful, we looked forward to the breakfast each morning and the hotel was in a good position, close to trams and within walking distance of many spots.

The location is excellent right in the middle of Prague for tourists.
The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls.

A fantastic location right in the middle of everything, close to the Old Town and St Wenceslas Squares and Charles Bridge. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price. The apartment was clean and very large. Very spacious for just the four of us. We were there for just one weekend. It would be ideal for long term visits. The parking garage is secure and under the building but it is just 2.1 meters high. The owner was very responsive via email and the manager met us to let us in late on our arrival night Overall this was a great value for our stay.

This hotel is one of the best options you can find for this money. It is modern hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. There are many great bars on the street where the hotel is located. I loved the location of the property in the heart of downtown Prague. The free wifi in my room was the fastest Ive ever experienced anywhere. (download 21mbs) amazing. The staff were so friendly and Lucas the Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He can organize a cheaper Taxi to and from the airport and even helped with luggage down to the Taxi. I wasn't spending much time in the hotel, but the time I had spent there was great. The staff is really nice, don't speak much of an English, but you can definitely come to terms with them. The staff was very polite and friendly! We hat no TV in our room and when we asked for it, they were a bit embarrassed and brought a new one the next day and invited us for free drinks. Another very good think was the the check-in and check-out...it is no problem to check in until 11pm and and check-out was 12 o'clock midday. In total we had a very good time with this hotel and we can highly recommend it to everybody!
