Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

The apartment is right in the centre of the old town which is by far the place to stay if your visiting zadar.
For anyone who hasn't been the old town is seaway to get around, you can walk round the whole thing in half an hour, but there is till loads to do. So ,icy to see, places to eat and drink...you could send all week in the old town and not

Our experience with Downtown Accomodations was fantastic from start to finish. Ivan contacted us prior to our travel to coordinate our arrival including picking us up at the airport. He was a fantastic host giving us an overview of the city, sites and suggestions on restaurants and bars.
The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The homemade brandy was quite a nice treat. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is spacious. The AC worked well.

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Location was excellent. Right n the heart of the Old town, so easy access to everything. But also quiet, because down a side street. Room very stylish, and smart, and had everything you could need. Superb shower. Breakfast was excellent and more fullsome than other places we stayed in Croatia, plus the kind waitress put us together a punnet of lovely fresh fruit to take on our way! Would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay in Apartment 72. We were given a lovely welcome with lots of great tips of how to spend our short stay in Zadar. The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner was very nice too, very friendly and helpfull, he also introduce us to all his staff, they were great too. We felt very welcomed at the place. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment.

The Apartment location is perfect, ideally located right in the centre of the old town just off the Main Street. Newly refurbished with a double entrance both with new up to dates locks makes the apartment feel very safe. Excellent size, offering a large kitchen/diner & large bedroom with ensure bathroom.

Brand new flat sparking clean, fully equipped kitchen, with oven and utilities. Room with TV, Frig, Washing machine, Air con and hot water.
Owner is extremely warm and helpful, offer to drive us to have special meal and her recommendation were good and not expensive.
The best stay for my whole trip up to now.
In Zadar, there is plenty of supply of frest meat fish and grocery if you prefer to cook.
The hostel is 50 meter from local market with everything.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.
