We were greeted warmly and Toni helped with our bags from the old city gate to his apartment. The minute he opened the door, cool air and soft jazz music pipping through the stereo greeted us. The pictures of the apartment did not do it justice. The modern furniture and the old well preserved walls and archway surprisingly blended together very well to create a very luxury and comfortable surrounding. I appreciated the little touches of fresh cut roses in the vase and complimentary chocolate

Wow what a beautiful apartment in the center of the center of lovely Split. The apartment is nice refurbish with respect to the history of the house. Vanda was very helpful despite our late arrival due to a thunderstorm over Split. The bell tower next to the apartment makes sure you don’t miss any minute in Split. You might consider earplugs. Despite this minor inconvenience we can fully recom-mend to stay in this apartment.

Our hosts met us before we even got out of the taxi! Beautiful room. Quiet neighborhood in old town. Steps away from narrow streets...steps away from public park...perfect spot to enjoy Split. Delicious breakfast buffet - even local treats to go with great coffee. Pero & Katja such warm and welcoming hosts. Can't imagine any place nicer to begin a vacation on the Dalmatian Coast.

The family who runs it is super friendly and communicates both via phone, text and whatsup! They help you with bags, recommend you places to go and have set up a real gem in the middle of everything. The owner of the place and his son was not like staff. They were like friends already know us before. They spend their time and showed us city. It was great. Apartment is very big, comfortable, clean and very central. It was very kind for them fruit plate, welcome drink(one bottle wine) and some cakes. If I visit split again, this is my place. Thanks to Ivica so many times again for hospitality.
