We were met at the airport by a driver arranged by the owners, Paula and Adrian. He took us to the property where we were met by the owners, who greeted us warmly and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. They also offered to take us to the port the next day. The room was perfect; beautifully designed, clean and quite comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit, and sweets on the table. We couldn't have made a better choice for accommodation. We wished we could have stayed longer

We were greeted warmly and Toni helped with our bags from the old city gate to his apartment. The minute he opened the door, cool air and soft jazz music pipping through the stereo greeted us. The pictures of the apartment did not do it justice. The modern furniture and the old well preserved walls and archway surprisingly blended together very well to create a very luxury and comfortable surrounding. I appreciated the little touches of fresh cut roses in the vase and complimentary chocolate

Wow what a beautiful apartment in the center of the center of lovely Split. The apartment is nice refurbish with respect to the history of the house. Vanda was very helpful despite our late arrival due to a thunderstorm over Split. The bell tower next to the apartment makes sure you don’t miss any minute in Split. You might consider earplugs. Despite this minor inconvenience we can fully recom-mend to stay in this apartment.

And was a short walk to the old town but far enough away to be quiet in the evening.

The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much. We travel with our small dog and they just made us feel so welcome. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was just overall the best experience we had with accomodation in Croatia. We will definitely return.

This was an excellent stay. When our flight was delayed and re-routed Tony stayed up and met us at 1:30 am at the bus station.
The apartment was perfect and centrally located. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Tony and Jessica were the consummate hosts and strived to make our stay comfortable and made us feel completely at home.

This was the perfect accommodation for our long weekend getaway. A very short walk to the main Riva without being in the crowds of tourists. The apartment was freshly renovated comfortable and very clean. Toni was friendly and professional to deal with. The included Breakfast on the terrace was very nice and substantial.

Absolutely fabulous Villa Split Luxury Rooms has everything!! Antonia
kindly met us at the port and showed us where to leave our hire car,
then walked us into the Palace grounds where Villa Split is situated,
on the way Antonia gave us an excellent brief history of the Palace
which was invaluable as she was much more informative that the guide
book we purchased. Once in our room which is perfect in every way,
Antonia said "anything you need, we are here for you" which

This proved to be a very friendly place to stay and nothing was too much trouble! Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated especially as the first restaurant we tried (Konoba Matejuska) gave us such an excellent gluten-free meal we ate there again on the second night. getting - I traveled to Croatia with friends and on the night of arrival our flight was delayed so we didn't end up getting into the city centre until after 11:00 PM (check in is supposed to happen before 11:00 PM). We were unable to contact the owner by telephone as we couldn't get the call to go through. (Note to readers planning to travel to Croatia: unless you have a cell phone you will need a calling card for pay phones!) However, the owner of the apartment stayed waiting for us for 2 hours! She

Our stay was brief but very pleasant. The staff were friendly, treated us very well, and went out of their way to address our needs, particularly with respect to parking our car. The hotel has a central location on the seaside and therefore is conveniently close to everything. - Nice restaurant. Lovely staff. Fun Jacuzzi.
