The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.

The location in the centre of Rovinj is excellent - adjacent to the port and exactly what we wanted. Lots of activity there and great views. The staff are extremely helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant was first class. - Perfect location overlooking the harbor. Sea view rooms are superior.

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.

We loved everything about this hotel and the region in general. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully appointed; the views are stunning; Breakfasts are delicious and served on a terrace overlooking the Adriatic. To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge.
Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

The villa has an absolutely fabulous view. Our room was very nice, it is obvious that they paid a lot of attention to details. The whole setting is quite romantic, one is able to relax completely and enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, our compliments to the chef.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
The residence is very quiet by night and we liked going to the swimming pool after our arrival: it was opened until 8 PM!
