All is brand new and walking distance from the local shops (bakery etc.) and restaurants. Close to the sea and Kamenjak park. Good also for families with older kids: since this place has its own nice swimming pool.
Pula and other small villages (Banjole, Medulin etc.) are comfortably reachable by car.

Very friendly landlady with fluent english. Perfect location with amazing seaview close to the beach, restaurants, bars but far enough to have a good sleep at night. The room is clean and tidy with no kitchen but you don't need kitchen because you can get any kind of food and drink nearby with reasonable price. -

We were there with 4 our children and like everything. Nevertheless this mobile houses are situated in a big camp, we were really like in a separate village in the forest. The sea is perfect, animation is great. We'll be back! Thank you! -

Hosts Carmen and Mario are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. House Kate is a good 15 minute walk from the Town but when the sun is shining this is not a Chore. There is an excellent restaurant and well stocked supermarket with 5 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever to visit Croatia. -

It's a bit far from the sea to walk, but you can take the car and park somewhere nearer or take a bike with you.
Its a nice & quiet place, and the city rovinj is beautful! :)

The apartment was so well equipped it was like living in your own home. It has very attractive decor and design and this made for a very comfortable stay. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. A short walk to an attractive swimming swimming beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -
