The hotel has private parking which is very important in Trogir. It's located near the main street, very close to the market and to the bridge to the old town (5 minutes walk).

I decided to stay in Trogir, instead of Split for my very early flight from Split airport at 6.15am. (From Split it is about 20-25km and from Trogir, it is less than 10km to the airport). The hotel arranged a local taxi for me and It was less than a 10min taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is very modern and clean and less than 5 min. walk to the old town of Trogir.

The customer service at Hotel Marul was superb. The receptionists were very welcoming when we came in, showed us around the hotel and shared insights/recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. One of the owners, Slavko, was especially helpful. He recommended 2 excellent restaurants while we were there and actually drove us to the restaurants himself. My stay at Palace Suites was truly fabulous. I wanted to be in Diocletian Palace so I knew not to expect a big chain style hotel. This boutique property was delightful- the staff went out of their way to be helpful, my suite was beautiful-by far the largest Suite I have stayed in during my European travels. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
