The hotel lies in a good, high quality, clean, green residential neighbourhood. The design of the rooms is great, comfortable, and well-equiped. Hotel and rooms, baths, etc., are clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Although breakfast is limited to a few items only it will do. Hotel is located very close to multiple restaurants, bars, entertaintment sites, etc. Great place to visit again.
wszystkie opinie » Hotel is very well located in Poblado, is clean, very modern design, room has everything you may desire, bathroom excellent, staff friendly. This is my second stay and my next will be late december '13 again. No need to look for another hotel in Medellin. Staff was great. Very helpful. The manager was great, think her name was Silvia. Very helpful and even provided us with a map and great directions. The included breakfast was very nice as well. Staff and service were excellent. Guests desires were met immediately. Staff were always asking how they could help make your stay better. Staff was always available to help with luggage. -Every room has a router, so you can be sure to have a strong wifi signal. -Beds and everything in the room was good quality. -Great staff. -Surrounded by restaurants. Is located in beautiful Poblado area. It is small, homey and Sylvia and her staff are very friendly and guided us for sightseeing in Medelln. Excellent location in the Poblado district within easy walking distance of the Metro. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Very nice people, extremely friendly and helpfull, they made me feel right at home. A clean good hotel for a very good price. It''s good but some variation would be better. I didn't like the stairs. No elevator in the hotel but I managed to get our bag up the stairs no problem. If you are not in good physical condition I would make sure they have a bell hop or concierge to help you up the stairs ahead of time. Hotel has six floors and no elevator. -Half hr walk to metro (were the other reviewers jogging?) and coming back you will want a taxi because its all uphill. But that's the case for most of the places in Poblado. The rooms are a touch on the small side with a double bed rather than queen size bed - this shouldn't be taken as a complaint though! This place is great value for money. The hotel only serves breakfast, no snacks or lunch nor dinner so you need to go out or order in fast food.... My room was on lobby level so a bit noisy!. everything was perfect... no complaints only no bar :-(. No balcony. check-in process. breakfast it would be nice if they have more choice. Liimited breakfast selections and limited English-speaking skills of the staff. Checkin was difficult....required documents and papers and identification. No parking onsite. Noise from nearby nightlife, although it could have been a LOT worse. communication was hard because staff spoke almost no English. Place is a little worn around the edges. Blinds didnt work, towels were very worn. Breakfast wasnt very tasty or relaxing, there are notices up to say if you have a second helping of fruit you will be charged. I felt we were under scrutiny when we sat down to eat. Neighbourhood is nice but the Hotel is located a good 20 minutes walk from the train station.
