The swimming pool was perfect. We had it completely to ourselves both days. There was always a taxi waiting at the main entrance when we needed one. There was a business centre with free internet access and the whole hotel had free wifi. how comfortable rooms were. A very exclusive environment that allowed me to meet milestones at work. Best hotel in medellin at an affordable price.

Friendly staff, well situated hotel with a lot of facilities, not overcrowded. Good cuisine with varied menus. I thought the staff was the best at this hotel, if anything that would make this hotel a four star hotel it would be the staff that elevates it to the status. The staff is very good and polite. I liked the friendliness of staff. Tub. Infinity pool, breakfast, suite room. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Soccer team staying on the same floor. Low life scum. It was rhe only negative recount. Else, i was offered a junior suite but I was too busy and tired to move. Not getting golf letter for Rodeo on time despite repeated requests - missed teetime Saturday morning which meant lost time to spend in other Medellin tourist attractions. Slow service when we ordered two beers. Very late making up of room - had to call for soap. Took a while to find our reservation. Noisy rooms (noice coming from twin room & from the outside). Reception staff not always friendly Breakfast was limited. internet signal inside room is poor. No iron or ironing board available. Nothing. Breakfast is not enough and cold. (1) letsbookhotel.com did not advise tht the swimming pool was not available. I was very disappointed by this. The pool has been out of service for the past two months - you should know this. (2) Poor breakfast. There was little internal noise insulation. The toilet flush was inadequate for normal usage! I arrived on Saturday afternoon and they could not do my laundry by Monday morning. People kept knocking on my door for unimportant things. The pool was badly designed for safety and despite being very careful I had a nasty fall and am now seeking treatment. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. I didn't like the fact that they gave us one of their oldest and worst rooms, a bed I didn't look forward to sleepong in. I think the place was is over priced. Gabriel Simon. I did not like that after leaving my room, it was checked straight away in front of me that nothing was consumed from the mini bar via radio. It felt like they did not trust my word. I would recommend the staff also to check if nothing was left in the room, this would be then a good service: I have left a cable and a charger in the room. The mini bar was locked and they didné have the key. Some front desk attendants were not the friendliest, we had terrible Internet connection during an event we held there, fees a bit pricey for what the room is. Caterpillars and wings in the bed... It's clear the bed was not washed...maybe for months and when we claimed the manager denied every thing ..said nothing was true... Service was awful!! We could wait sometimes for more than 1hour for towel to the swimpool and for the breakfast to my room .. I'm still waiting never again!.
