Very nice hotel. I give it 5 stars all around. It seems like one of the more "Chinese" hotels because some of the staff didnt speak much english. There were more locals staying there too. Needless to say I never had a problem communicating what I needed. Great for business travelers. There is a desk in the room with all the supplies you would need

As an English speaking traveller, with no Chinese, I found that I was well catered for. They had a Russian girl Julia and a young Frenchman Alex to look after the foreign visitors. Both were very helpful and had good English skills amongst other languages. Location was excellent for railways and shopping

This hotel is definitely going to raise my bar in accommodation. 55㎡'s loft, powerful air-condition, strong wi-fi signal, LUX shower-gel and shampoo, prompt supply, good cleaning, polite people. Flawless, I love my peaceful experience! Now I so want a membership so I can get discount next time! -

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the OCT Metro station. Very good commute location. I have spent almost a month at this place now and traveled around
Shenzhen. OCT is probably the nicest place to stay. -
