A nice house, a kitchen - cook himself. Required Internet - it would be better to put optics communication, would fly faster. The location is very convenient, close to the metro (very important). Advise owners to organize a detailed map of Shenzhen, a very important part for the guests. and knowledge of a minimum maintenance English. location is near from louhu coach station, about 5minutes walk from MRT louhu station. clean comfortable and good for family trip.
wszystkie opinie » Very good apartment,clean,larg enough, fantastic veiw and near to the bus staion. food stalls, wet market railway station, transport easily accessible. The location is excellent , close to Shenzhen railway station and Luhou metro station, with easy access to shopping areas. Staff is friendly. The room on 27th floor was very good. Kitchen with kitchenware , washing machine .. easy family living . Spacious, good size, good location in relation to the station. Good location - easy access frmo hk and also to Shenzhen mtr. Location. location. Worst. Avoid going there. Near cockroaches running around the neighborhood, they are permanent residents here, nothing much disturbed, even were polite to me. Nevertheless, relative to the price - the quality is acceptable. Nothing. Poor and bad wifi reception, and a few small cockroaches running around. First night on arrival , it was hard to reach while it is very near to railway station, the office in 15th floor in building b of a 31 floor building, and the room offered was not as advertised , after hard discussionn the staff offered me 2 rooms in different floors and changed 2nd day. so many cockroaches!!!. They did not honour booking - had booked two 2-room apartments - they only had one available! They just shrugged when I said we had confirmed booking!!! Extremely difficult to find the place. Took us more than an hour. Bad. Services. Dirty. staff only speak Chinese (difficult to communicate) difficult to find as no sign boards in english (office is located at 15th floor). Booking was not been confirmed when we reach there and has been told no room, we make through online booking and the booking was confirmed and guarantee. But when reach there already different story... Worst. We had confirm booking but when we went there there were no rooms so some room were given us on 29 th floor which was very dirty full of dead cocroches.next day shifted on 24th floor which was very dirty please avoid this apartment. not clean...horrible kitchen, bed, bathroom. All is dirty and a lot of noise. We booked 2 night and delete the second night. We found a lot of insectes inside the flat .. The sheet was really dirty too.
