I have booked the mountain view room, but when i came to hotel the room was not ready, so they changed to the garden view for free. Also like the D'voice band. They are singing very good. Generally the hotel is perfect. -

The staff, in particular the duty manager, Mr Bob Wang were exceptional.
His English was fantastic and he went zbove and beyond by retrieving and
hand delivered to our room, my sons ipad that he had left on the plane.

We loved the pool areas. The hotel trainee staff from Nepal were exceptional, they were always friendly and willing to help us! Without them we wouldn't have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately they leave in November.

The resort was beautiful, with lovely grounds and swimming pool. The beach was lovely and clean with lovely sand. We upgraded to a room with panoramic view which was worth the money and was lovely in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was enormous and catered for everyone. the staff were always friendly and polite. I highly recommend this resort f

We loved the room, view, beach and especially the pool but the sea was dirty with plastic bags, bottles,etc.
Staff were superb as was the food-we will be back and it would be ideal if the sea was cleaner.

Good value for money! We stayed in one of the villas, we felt like the
resort was not so massive as compared to the hotels closeby. Great
public pools, nice kidsclub, very nice staff and our kids loved to
transport by small busses from our villa to the lobby and from the lobby
to the beach, great service! -

... co mówią ludzie » en anywhere. Beautiful grounds and landscaping, good rooms, free internet. There is a beach bar with light meals. A shuttle runs between the hotel and the hotel beach every 15 minutes. There were people who could speak English.

The hotel is just tremendous although I didn't get an 'surprising upgrade' like other tourists.:) I'm very satisfied with the few days in the hotel, and recommend it to my friends if they are going to Sanya. -

Great thai cooking lesson with 2 chefs for us, they answer to all our expectation : try another meal and many advices.
Very good massage done by the thai staff. Try the hard one. -
Loved the Spa,the rooms and the provacy. We were blessed with excellent food and a beach to ourselves.
After facing a few isuues which I will highlight, the Resident manager was quick to address the problems.

The staff at the hotel was very polite and always tried to help us. The
rooms are in very good conditions and well maintained. Housekeeping was
also outstanding. The food at all restaurant was excellent. I strongly
recommend the bbq sea food at Fresh and the Dim Sum at Yiyang
Restaurant. They also have a kids club but we let out son there because

We booked to stay 6 nights at The Royal Begonia so we could have a
relaxing beach break during our sightseeing holiday of China. Due to our
flight being diverted we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3:00am but
this wasn't a problem. Reception staff were on hand to do our check

It was our honeymoon! The staff is well educated and speaks english most
of them! They are polite and offers gentle help for anymatter it is just
a marvelous place to relax, eat good food, enjoy marvelous rooms and
site and eat good food with a cuban cigar and a rhum at the terrace for
desert... So good this place The pool is very good for childrens and
