We stayed two nights here in a deluxe king room. While the hotel is in a modern highrise building it has the feel of a small boutique hotel. It's Asia Modern decor gives it a charming and sophisticated atmosphere. (You should stay here just to see the elevators and the display wall over the reception area!) Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). The best hotel I stayed in China. Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the
Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for
all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff,
plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your
first language. The airports is not far, plus the staff will pick up

The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs.
Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful.
Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room.

I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.
