have ever had a chance to stay - not only in Asia, but Middle East
and Europe.
The setting of the room, the size, design, the view and the price.
We enjoyed it so much that we returned to Shanghai few days later to stay there one more night. -

It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. from the airport or trainstation easy to reach by taxi.
The empoyees and staff were very friendly and their english is good.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast, so great, it is almost impossible to wish more or better.
