The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed is
one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and the bath was
huge! The deal we got on letsbookhotel.com was fantastic value for money,
especially when compared to the rates on the day. Whilst we didn't

The location of the hotel cant be better. Right in the middle of the
city, on the famous pedestrian street nanjing road and next to
people's park. Very easy axess to metro lines. Breakfast was rich
and the service was exellent. I need to mention our great view from our
room on the 37th floor as well.

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

It's just the right location, few steps from Nanjing pedestrian street; the most famous touristic street in Shanghai. Easy access to people square subway station, from which you can go anywhere. Loved my stay at the Marriott, location is perfect as very close to Nanjing road and restaurants. Staff were helpful, receptive & professional. Facilities are of course top-notch and very high standards. I would stay here again.

Everything was excellent: spacious and clean room, impressive lobby,
breakfast buffet with variety choices (both western and Japanese food),
good service and good location (close to the metro station and shopping
streets). We booked train tickets to Beijing and tickets for the
acrobatic show via business centre, this was very convenient. -
